Booking and Cancellation Policy
Due to the TGA regulations that were announced March 2024, we are unable to use certain wording, descriptions and display pricing.
If you are unsure in what appointment or service to book for yourself please email or call us on 0448 069 853.
If you are running late, treatments will have to be customised to the timeframe that is available.
A deposit of $50 is required at time of booking for some services and can be used towards treatment costs. For other services, card details are captured at time of booking however no payment taken. If cancellation has occurred with 24hours or there is a no show to appointment a cancellation fee of $50 per service will be taken from the card details provided at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and rescheduling can occur up to 24 hours before allocated appointment time. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please give as much notice as possible. Any cancellations after 24 hours may result in loss of deposit and will be at discretion of service provider.
